Equipamento para determinar o tempo de endurecimento do Concreto e, consequentemente, do tempo de pega do Cimento conforme as normas NBR NM 9, 14278 e ASTM C 403.Permite também a determinação da relação entre a umidade e a resistência à penetração em Solos granulares conforme norma ASTM D 1558.
